Tell her "thank you, but I prefer older women". You could be arrested & put in jail as a sexual predator & pedophile. This could mean being in jail for 10-25 years & it is very likely that you will be deported afterwards & denied any further travel visas or greencards.
If you are here illegally then this is the worst possible thing you can do. Not only will they prosecute you for the underage sex, but they will also prosecute you for being an illegal alien. They will make an example of you so quickly that it will make your head spin. (Shoot, they may do this even if you are here legally, since some legal workers do not like foreigners.)

In the USA you can go to jail for many years if you engage in any kind of sexual activity with a girl under 18.

Just say thank you! and walk away. In USA its illegal for a guy your age to date a girl who is less than 18th. So stay away from trouble try onother one your age.
