As much as we are looking out for Him, He is looking out for us. Otherwise we are on our own.

The Spirit of the Lord is always watching out for those who are faithful to Him....He sends angels to guard us and watch over us day and night. Some people become aware of those angels and often it is without witnesses..but there are verified stories of angels doing incredible things to save life. It is possible to be aware of your own guardian angel and to know them by name but not everyone is able to do that. Keep seeking the answers to your question and you may find what you are looking for.

Your family and friends will I'm sure look after you.

After that, you're on your own. Unless you believe in the spaghetti monster or God. Or other such man-made nonsense.

No, there is no mystical entity looking out for you. That would just be wishful thinking (not to mention a gross misapprehension of reality).
