I think it's called treadmill...yeah, that's it. The side effects include: weight loss, sweat, and also may cause urination if done effectively. I would suggest taking this probably only once a day for about 30 minutes with a 5.6 MPH speed.

I just started taking Alli, the first FDA approved weight loss over the counter drug. It is NOT a regular diet pill in that it stesses that you MUST eat low-fat. As long as you eat low fat, you will not have the sides effects, which do include explosive gas, bloating and frequent stools. So far, so good, no side effects..:)
You have to already be on some sort of diet /food plan and working out. Whatever you WOULD have lost without Alli, it will cause you to lose about half again. Meaning if you were going to lose 10 pounds through diet and exercise, this will make you lose 15.
I was already walking 45 min. each day and going to the gym for strength training 3 times a week and watching my fat and calorie intake. I have been ,since February, since we also have a wedding in the family. Ours is in Sept. So, far I have lost 22 pounds.
I am 52 yrs old so it's a lifetime thing for me and it comes off MUCH more slowly when you age.
I'm not going to lose what I wanted to lose but then again, I should have started last year. For whatever reason, it seemed to sink in that I need to MOVE and so do you. You have to do both..diet and excercise or nothing will happen. Alli will help but probably not a long term thing..I just wanted a jump start, since I had hit a plateau.
Since I started taking it 2 days ago, I have lost 4 pounds..but I have been VERY good with my food and walking. I know I can't keep up this level of perfection forever. I just want to eat well MOST of the time and MOVE every single day.
You have to make a committment to yourself and be STRONG..don't waver..I can't express how wonderful it feels to have lost this much and to KNOW I will get there. I get up at 4:30 every day to make sure I have all the time for ME that I need. Yup, I go to bed pretty early but I feel really good..and still have fun on the weekends. You can do that ,too for a couple of months. You'll get in the habit. I love my mornings now!
MOVE and sweat every single day no matter what..watch your alcohol (it makes you make poor choices)..and eat more fruits, veggies, chicken and fish than anything else.
Good luck to you

diet pills will only make it worse in the long run. Sure, you'll lose the weight, but unless you take them FOREVER you're going to gain the weight right back (PLUS MORE) when you get off of them because the thing that was keeping your weight down would be gone. You wont feel very good when you're on the pills, your pee could smell FUNKTASTIC, and none of them are healthy...at all. you should try to set aside time to exercise and eat healthy. You'll look and feel so much better if you lose the weight gradually insead of quickly (and then risking gaining it all back really really fast)

To be honest I wouldn't recommend diet pills. You need to set aside time everyday for exercise and try and cut out some of the exceptionally bad foods from your lifestyle. Healthy weight is for life - not just for honeymoons or wedding photos and remember, muscle is your best friend as it continues to burn energy and metabolise even when you are not using it (much better than diet pills, this doesn't just change the amount of energy you absorb from food and it continues to work whilst you sleep).

No diet pills unless medically advised. U might even loose sex urge.
Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day with nothing, except water, in between. Take plenty of uncooked food, vegetables and fruits. Chew each morsel 32 times to activate ur body system to signal hunger and fullness.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve much more than what u r planning to do and that too in a reasonable period. Do not be in a hurry.

Don't take any. All you'll lose is money. The very best ones on the market now give you explosive diarrhea. That might help you lose some friends and a lot of respect...
