ok so i weigh 140lbs & i wanna lose @ least 10lbs
n e sugestions?!?!?!?!?

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day with nothing, except water, in between. Take plenty of uncooked food, vegetables and fruits. Chew each morsel 32 times to activate ur body system to signal hunger and fullness.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve much more than what u r planning to do and that too in a reasonable period. Do not be in a hurry.

Eating a healthy diet with regular exercise will help you lose weight. Try walking/jogging/running for 30-60 minutes, 4-5 times a week. Make sure to drink plenty of water.

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Drink plenty of water (8 glasses a day)!!!

Limit sugar intake (fruit juice & soda need to go)

exercise regularly, cardio with heartrate monitor & vary your intensity within each workout.

Train with weights (this will help you actually gain weight, but cut fat, so dont be so reliant on the scale, but more on your measurements)
Muscle burns more calories than fat when you're at rest.
Training weights means making them stronger & with more endurance, which does not necessarily mean making them bigger or bulky. Lots of reps with low resistance is good for lean, strong muscle.

Always eat before working out, because if you dont your body will burn muscle fast, along with your fat, but it will decrease your metabolism in the long run.

changing diet is easiest way. stay away from carbs, bread cereal mosty. The only carbs you should eat is whole grain and eat like 2000 cal a day, it says how many calories in all the food.

drink plenty ofwater, this will help flush toxins out. Eat non-processed foods and try to make you own meals with local and fresh produce, fruits and veggies. Avoid sugar and NO soda!

hollywood diet-drink it over the weekend and 10 pds will be gone---actoress does it all the time and you can pick it up at a drug store.
