While doing sit ups, put some weight on your chest such as a couple of sand bags or a free weight. Also do not look as photos of six packs. Those are all fakes (touched up photos). Some have even had plastic surgery to better define their tone.

First if you want a great six pack you just might be assed out, a lot of it has to do with genetics. The one thing I can tell you is that you have to get below 7% body fat to get this so if you really want these abs keep what you are doing but starve yourself that is the only thing I can suggest us.

set up urself a schedule where you run one day then do sit ups and abdominal excersises the next...you should get alot of cardio....the key is to have low percent of body fat....most people already have abs u just cant see them because they have a big percentage of body fat......reduce your body fat drink plenty of water...get ur cardio work out.....and do lots of sit ups and crunches....i would go to youtube.com and type in ab excersises...and find something you can go along with......dont use weights on your self while you do sit ups...this is really really bad for your back..and neck...u will not gain muscle you will strain ur neck and back......run one day....crunches the next good luck.
