There is no such thing as 'fit fast', it comes from a lot of hard work, sweat and tears. Don't look for a shortcut or you will only hurt your progression. Training has zero room for the 'I want it now' mentality.

Just go through the training that they provide. It's not like they're going to throw you into the ring without giving some sort of body training schedule while you learn how to box. Just expect to do a lot of cardio work (lots of running, skipping rope and shadow boxing). After going to the boxing gym for a couple of months, you'll be in really good shape.

Sorry, there are no shortcuts when it comes to boxing. Everyone starts from scratch when they first join a boxing gym. But one of the important exercises in boxing consists of roadwork(jogging and sprints) which trains your body for stamina and trains your legs for short bursts of speed in the ring, since this is a relatively easy to learn training exercise, you might wanna invest in a good pair of running shoes and make running a daily habit.

Training for boxing training? Just go to the training and let them show you how to get fit there. You might also want to supplement your boxing training with some running.

lots and lots of running and juping rope. i showed up to a boxing gym a year ago to start, and i was out of shape. the only way to get in boxing shape is to do alot of running, or you can substitute running for swimming as well.
