She is walking all over the place, how can I get her to just walk peacefully by my side.
I get tangled up in the leash because she circles around me also.
I don't want her getting hurt when trying to walk on sidewalks next to busy streets.

get one of those collors that stops them from pulling and a shorter lesh and wrap the leash around your hand so shes by your side put a few hot dogs in your pocket (in a baggie frirst) and walk a few steps like that and say "heel" and give her the hot dog do this a few times and then walk her normaly maybe give her few treats if shes good and soon youll be able to get rid of treats and let the leash some slack
but the collors a good thing to keep it dosent hurt them

You need to teach her how to heel. Every time she walks away, pull down on her collar and tell her to heel. Don't yank her just a firm pull should do. Say heel five or six times and rub her on her favorite spot. Did you teach her to sit? Do the same thing but use the leash. There is probably a good dog trainer somewhere in your town who can help, also.

"Whenever I take my dog for a walk" is how you started your question, when all the time it's the dog taking you.
Go to training classes and you will be shown/told how to walk your dog to heel. When you can do that you will realise just how much of a pleasure it is to work with a dog and you'll want to take it further! You know that you are winning when other dog owners say "I wish my dog would do that!"

good Luck

This is what you do you should bring her to the park...Why don't you try walking with her dog on the grass...I guess this is the best way...You should also be strict to her...But of course not strict becox your dog may run away...And when you hold the string make sure she is in front of you...Ok???Oh ya...Are you threatening you dog badly lately????If ye that is the answer why
she doesn't want to follow you becox when she finds her freedom then they will try to go by their own way...If no, then I'm sorry I don't the answer...

You have to train her how to walk on lead. Obedience classes, they teach you how to train your dog. Good luck...

Either you are the leader, or she is. This is something that you have to work out with her.
