is it because any conviction of guilt or seeking for the things of god comes from god, that one who sins to far has no desire for god, and that is the reason they are beyound repentance?

James 5:19, 20 says: "My brothers, if one of you should wander from the truth and someone should bring him back, remember this: Whoever turns a sinner from the error of his way will save him from death and cover over a multitude of sins."

People tend to get callous after a while.
There not as sensitive to gods convictions
as once in their lives,
But theres always room to turn back to god.
If one prays everyday and ask for forgiveness and becomes open to god just
a little bit, after a while a big change will
occur because that person is at least trying to be receptive.
Jesus will open doors I promise no matter
how much one thinks hes calloused.
After a while he will become sensitive again.
And because he has sinned he will know where not to walk in the future.
Its a beautiful thing to have a relationship
with Jesus even if its a little bit because it
will grow into something immense and
everyday will be total suspense as the
new avenues will open up.
Jesus wants us to grow spiritually and he is
faithful in forgiving us.

Once a person has repented.....and has realized their mistake, and has chosen not to repeat the event, they may feel stranded for a moment or two.

Time has a way of allowing the repented person to move forward and re-connect with their Higher Power.

I don't suppose that anyone is beyond anything....what comes around, goes around....and sometimes we end up, exactly where we started.

The scriptural reasons are that people are blinded by the devil so that they cannot cannot see the truth of God's word or on hearing the word of God they fail to respond with open hearts and over time their hearts become hardened to God's word that they cannot respond to it. These people need to be prayed for and have the power of the devil to be broken from them and usually they would have to go through difficult and trying circumstances to come to the end of themselves before they would repent and believe and be saved.

God's will and desire is that all would come to repentance... there is always hope. Those who go to far do so of their own free will.

Your question also touches on those who God has predestined. I believe that these are people He knows will accept of their own free will. He already knows who will from the beginning to the end of time. He also is God and His will is supreme. After all, He is the one who is forgiving us. It is His choice, not ours. Our desire is to be forgiven.

Being a sinner, I would say that the further you turn from God, the more you long for God.

Nobody is beyond repentance. God wants us ALL to come home to Him.

Peace,
Ann

I can't understand your question in it's fullest meaning. But I do know that God has given the world the power of free will. Here if you do not want to repent, then that is your right. God will not force you to bend your knee to Him. Non repentance means that you do not accept the terms of worship God has set down. That in effect is a refusal of God's love. We strand ourselves when we refuse His Holy Grace. As I've said ..."free will', that means it is up to the individual to repent or not to.
The rest of your question? ...I don't understand.

Consider that there are two spirits that have access to our thoughts. The unholy spirit will do his best to discourage and convince us to give up hope. The Holy Spirit knows better and so do you, at least a part of you does. Focus all your attention on things that you can control and reject the things that you have no control over. Turn to The Light of the world inside you and She will show you the way.

You just don't get it. This stuff you believe? Totally ridiculous crap. It's like listening to a child who believes in Santa Claus going on and on about being "nice," not "naughty."

This may shock you but some people don't believe in the BS concept of "sin".
