alot of good advice and tried she didnt make it she will be missed ,it will never happen again thank you

Sorry to hear that you lost your bird -- here's what I've done in similar situations. Give her an eye dropper full of salad oil. Second: ALWAYS make sure that your hens have adequate calcium available -- sometimes the binding is caused by calcium deficiency.

If you need to get calcium into them in an emergency, I usually pop a half of a Tums (a proprietary calcium based pill for human indigestion) down their throat.

Hens that are low on calcium will also sometimes go off their legs once they do lay.

yes get her to a vet. I also read that if you turn up the shower on hot and make the bathroom steamy, you can put the cage in there and the moisture of the steam might help her pass the egg. but it's always a better idea to take her to the vet.

ive hear give it a drop or two of olive oil..and try to keep in water.....the best thing is to take it to a vet FAST!!! cuz pigeons that are eggbound wont last after 24 hrs..

put the bird over hot water for about five mins than gently massage the birds stomach area. the egg might be relieved this way if not ask for help immediately.

The only thing you can do is get her to a vet,or she will die.
