Cowardly atheist? I tell you this. It takes a brave person to be an atheist in many parts of the world. Try being the atheist in a mid-western USA town, or some Islamic countries. Yes, the USA discriminates against atheists continually, in absolute contradiction of its own founding documents and the highest of its laws (the Constitution)

Far easier to be a cowardly christian, never questioning your beliefs even in the face of overwhelming evidence that your faith is a farce and that you are utterly deluded. It's easy being a bigot in a culture of bigotry.

LOL that sounds an awful lot like Islamic extremist rhetoric.

As for Atheists being cowards.........I had the courage to question MY beliefs, you are hiding behind a book you don't even understand (and I doubt you have read).

Shake off all the fears of servile prejudices, under which weak minds are servilely crouched. Fix reason firmly in her seat, and call on her tribunal for every fact, every opinion. Question with boldness even the existence of a God; because, if there be one, he must more approve of the homage of reason than that of blindfolded fear.
Thomas Jefferson

Cowardly atheists? We do fight in the wars and such to protect our homeland and people.
We just did not believe in killing the heathens and grabbing their land or utilise God's name as an excuse to enrich our own coffers thank you very much.....
