I have to agree with the first answerer, these questions are personal only you can come up with the proper answers.
As for the last question that I can help you with, when asked don't state how much you want just pass the ball to the interviewer's court by asking how much s/he is offering and when they state a sum try to raise it a little, that will show that you are a competitive person which is needed for this career.

#1. A sound career: i think it meets my aptitude, and is generally a line with some job satisfaction and prospects with okay salary&commission.

#2. (a personal question!) The opportunity to stay in touch with people and society, in a field which provides for basic requirement for people, therefore resulting in interaction with different levels of people, which at this point of time, is exciting!

#3.I place myself at high averaqge, with potential for above average performance, and i hope to do very well, touching outstanding grades: that is an aspiration, i hope to be able to meet that, with the right type of encouragement and incentives!

#4. (look at the trends around you, sothat you give a realistic answer, with a range that provides reasonable negotiating lever, and flexibility, and indicates that you have done your home work!)

these questions are all self explanatory and personal. I don't think I can answer why you want to work in RE; what motivates you; what you have achieved so far; and what you expect as a salary (all I would say here is be honest about what you believe you are worth - as that is more likely to be what they are looking for than an actual figure).

good luck with your interview :)
