Physically, sexually, mentally abuse their kids

Hold their child in a room secluded from the rest of the world for years. Seriously damaging their personality or brain. This sounds stupid, but its been on the news not too long ago. Parent /parents were arrested of course.
Did you mean something like that or something more along the lines of taking a cell phone up from their kids lol

Let their kids each as much food as they want to - to the point that they get to be 100 lbs over weight! Let them drop out of school before they enter high school only because the other kids call them fat - really after all it was the parent who bought them all that unhealthy food!

1) Stand on the side of the road and yell at parked cars. They point their hair dryer at speeding cars.
2) Walk around with a bag of French Onion Dip in a ziplock baggie while wearing a helmet.
3) Belching the name "Andy" whenever they're asked a question about their children.
4) They smell the shoulders of people who talk to them.
5) They ask people to prove everything they say ("Hi, I'm Bob..." "Prove it!")
6) At the laundromat, use one dryer for each sock.
7) They block all entrances to businesses, elevators, buses, and subways.

Name their children after cars like Mecedes, Lexus and Porshe

Argue with the child letting the child dictate what happens in he household.
Trying to buy the child is another one that backfires bigtime.
