hmm the push ups seem pointless. you are barely doing enough a day and that wouldnt target your weight. it would actually add weight by adding muscle to your arms.

also for crunches to work you need to have a flat stomach - they create abs if you do a lot more a day

you should do more cardiac exercises. the jogging is good, but you can also combine that with jumping jacks, sprints, anything where you keep moving.

drinking lots of water wont necessarily help you lose weight. you can gain water weight. BUT water is a good accompanyment with a diet. its much better to drink than any juice or diet soda.

oh and i suggest you check out the atkins diet. you can lose like 10 lbs in 2 weeks. its a no carb diet, but you wouldnt be able to eat much fruit. basically just unlimited meat and dairy. that with exercise would be great for you.

Join a sport, I started out football season overweight and i lost like alot of weight, i dont think wat ur doing is enough tho, u need to do more then just walking u dog and doing crunches and stuff. Start out by walking, then as u move along start jogging, like start by walking a mile or so, then when u are ready to, jog it, thats what i did, like after football practice i would go home and rest a little bit, then go outside and walk like 2 or 3 miles, and i did that for like 2 months(aprox.) and then i started adding jogging into it, like walk a lap, jog a lap, ect., and i did that for a while, then i started just jogging, like i started with half mile, then 1 mile, then 2, now i do like maybe 3 or 4 depending on whether or not my lower back goes all crazy and such but yea, talk to a professional, or do this or w/e. im only 15 and i lost most mine becuz i joined athletics so yea.. idk wat else to say besides this, OOO almost forgot, look up a calorie calculator or w/e and i think if u type in ur activity lvl, weight and such it will give u the amount of calories ur supposed to have in a day and it tells u what u should do to lose weight, just make sure u eat right, u cant lose weight by eating junk like greasy stuff and candy and w/e so yea, hope i helped, cya

you need to stop doing all those crunches and start eating otherwise all you will lose is water weight and muscle and gain fat and slow down your metabolism.
crunches and pushups build muscle, they dont burn any fat
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Um . . . you are going to need to eat more than just fruit and veggies, because your body needs other nutrients. Water is great, because it helps flush out any toxins that have built up in your body. I was overweight before and I did the whole fruit only thing . . .lost a lot of weight, but I didn't have the energy and even though the pounds when down, my health was also deteriorating.

The exercise sounds good to me. I'd do a few back-strengthening exercises though with all those crunches. You can hurt your back if you aren't working on both side of your body :)

Don't drink too much water though. 10-12 8 oz glasses (spread throughout the day) is enough for someone your age.

Fruits and veggies ARE good for you, but you also must have protein and fats (healthy fats such as Omega-3's, Polyunsaturated, and Monounsaturated.) Eat things such as fish, and poultry (turkey, chicken) and on rare occasional (if you like it) red meat.

Nut butters such as peanut butter and almond butter as good for both healthy fats and protein. Avacados also provide healthy fats.

Stay healthy!

continue to do pushups until you cant do them "correctly" anymore.....pretty much until your too tired to lift your own body up.....only doing 10 or 20 isnt going to cut it,,,fi you know you can do 20 in the morning, why do only 10 at night? push yourself!

same with the crunches!
