Getting more sleep. But as a joke, don't take this seriously, but you could start doing speed. You can and probably are building up a tolerance to the physical effects of caffeine, an interesting stimulant. Eventually you'll need a larger and larger dose to get the recommended effect. If you stop all together you'll most likely go through a withdrawal. Relying on a stimulant to function during the day doesn't bode will for the body long term. I'd advise slowly coming off the large doses of caffeine and simultaneously getting more sleep at night. Hope that helps!

An apple has been proven to give you the same boost as one cup of coffee, minus the drop after the boost. Plus it's good for you in many others ways, so eating more than one a day won't be bad!!

I know what you mean.

Getting enough sleep the the night before helps. :-) For me, I tend to have the most trouble with sleepiness when I'm sitting around for a long time. Getting up and moving and talking to people sometimes makes me feel better, even though when I'm tired it seems like the last thing I want to do.

I like Mountain Dew, there's so much caffeine! You can try energy drinks like Red Bull and Rockstar. Chocolate has caffeine too. But too much caffeine is a bad thing because it raises your heart rate and can make you feel shaky.

Eat small amounts of nutritious food throughout the day rather than only at meals, and get some exercise periodically. It's not that hard, and there is no quick-fix that works as well.
