There are some hormones that can change your eyes, notably thyroid. The bones can change in some diseases. One interesting one is where the person has the look of a lion. The eyelids can droop and give the appearance of the eye being smaller.
For the most part, they do not change.
The proportions of the face change from a small child to an adult. That can make the eyes look different.

No, your eyeball size never changes. The skin/bone structure surrounding your eyes may change, but not the actual eye itself. (Misc fact, even after you die, your hair and fingernails still grow!)

(Chris G knows. I agree.) Your eyeballs stay the same size throughout your life but the structure around them can change which make them appear differently as you grow and age.

well when you are smaller your head is too, i don't think that eyes change in larger to smaller, i think facial features can change and make them look different,,
like if you were once skinny and then got fat, they could look smaller because of all the fat on your face,,,
