I don't know if i should use a splitter, cable...or adapter, converter...i need some ideas....it's RGB to RCA give me some links

There is more to a VGA cable than RGB colors

There is timing info, plus
The TV actually expects YCbCr and not RGB, so connecting a TV to a PC using a VGA to RGB cable is usually not supported.

Do yourself a favor and buy a Graphics card with digital DVI output, then use a DVI-to-HDMI cable

No, because on your DVD player that's OUTPUT only... You'd need an expensive converter box to turn VGA signal into RCA composite output.
