Oh man that's a tough question!
I love both shows, but The Office seems to always put me in a great mood and makes me laugh nonstop so I'd say that one is better.
Lost is good, but when I'm not in a serious/mature mood, it's sometimes hard to pay attention.

The Office is the better show.
Lost tries so hard to stay mysterious and creepy. The Office just enjoys being what it is.

The Office is one of the best shows on t.v. - the dry sense of humor, the eclectic cast & the lack of a laughing track makes it genius....
