There are quite a few.

The simplest example is probably charging a capacitor. The equation is:

R(dQ/dt) + Q/C = V

where the current from the battery is is given as

I = dQ/dt = (V / R) e ^ (-t / RC)

So, pretty much any circuit with a capacitor in it, you may possibly run into inhomogeneous equations.

Probably not what you wanted to hear.....
