yeah sounds cheep to me but u know how u know for sure.
u check out the facility, look at the work place is it sterile and clean does that person have surgical gloves is the ring genuine silver or gold.
if not stay away!!

go to an establishment that actually provides tongue piercings and has an autoclave and a license to perform such procedures issued by the state that is available for inspection on site i would not let someone do it for twenty bucks and end up with hepatitis

omg this perosn up there thinks its deer i got mine on special for $50,thats not deer there usally like 70 if you know someone whos been to the place and have had no promlems with any of there peircings it should be alrite, u can jsut ask them to clean the needle and clamp infront of you, they have to. ask lots of questions i think it will be alrite.
