As you asked a vague question that's the only kind of answer you can receive.
The most useable programs are either the ones you already know, or that have clear, intuitive user interfaces with well written documents and help files.

you dint state what is it you want to use the software for!!!
ok my ans is any software which helps you to get done tha job!
or if you have enf money to shell out
buy Microsoft office for documents, word etc
Adobe Photoshop for photo editing
3d max for 3d works
