First you need to change your last name, then do the address, for a simple reason, what good is the address? when you don't get your mail?
Besides when you go to change the address, they will ask for your first name and last name.

If you get married first, wait to do the address, and then go to the Post Office to get a "change of address" form (you can get them in packets to send to all your friends, family, etc). This has a section for both old and new address (including name).

get married first - change your name
to change your name you must show a copy or the original marriage certificate to all - social security, credit cards, banks, drivers licence, passport etc & fill in forms.
to change your address - go to the post office & pick up the form. you can enter your old name, new name & names of any others living in your home & mail addressed to all those names will be redirected. you must show i.d. to the post office - so you should have your new i.d. in your new married name when you do this.
