I was an avid meat eater all my life until I became a vegetarian at 27. When I was 34, I was in Chicago with my brother. We went to Ditka's and the smell of the steaks grilling broke down my will power. i proceeded to order and eat the best tasting 16 oz. NY I ever had.

Then I got very, very sick. Yes, it was worth it,
