I've been dealing with acne since my teenage years. It's cleared up a lot but it's been coming back more often. A lot of the time it's whiteheads and then I get a couple huge ones that look more like bumps! It's disgusting! Any suggestions!?

okay.
i would first go see a dermotologist
and also make sure you are washing your face twice a day.
and be careful about what you are eating... try to stay away from greasy foods.
hope this helps :D
good luck.

go to www.utopiasilver.com order the advanced formula ,using a cotton ball wash face at least 4 times a day in two weeks your face will be as clear as a newborns.
I am 55 and have had a severe problem with acne all my life . over the past ten years I have not had more than one white head a month . before I started using the product as a cleanser and a oral medication my face was nasty.
I know it is the product because every time I slack off and quit using it I break out really bad. I take one table spoon full twice a day and wipe my face at least 4 times a day. It truly works.

Ugh, i had to deal with acne for years..,
Ive tried everything.., nothing seemed to work..., but then i bought Proactive, i used that for about 3-4 months, and my face cleared up..., i dont have any more Zits, pimples, black/white heads anymore.. The trick with Proactive is that u have to constantly use it!

But ever since i ran out of some, this is what i do now. Wash my face with warm water(Opens pores) and i use soap..., wash again with warm water, and then a final wash with cold water..

that seems to work well,

but def Proactive...

The only product that helps with acne or a severe one is proactive solution, I know the offer usually comes out on the Daily news every sunday, or I'm pretty sure you can check it on line, trust me I had never seen a product like this, you never going to deal with this again.

Proactiv works really well. I have been using it since i was 16 and it is great. If you have white heads, you can actually pop it. You do not want your hands touching your skin because it has bacteria on it, which can cause irritation. All you do is use two q-tips on the area of the blemish.

monitor what you eat when you get acne. it might be because of your diet or your stress levels. you should also wash your face with cold water whenever you get the chance so your skin stays clean. other than that... when ever i get a pimple i put tea tree oil on it from the body shop. my pimple goes away in about 3 days.

if that doesn't work then you might need to talk to a dermatologist to find something strong enough to stop the break outs.

If you don't have insurance or can't get to a dermatologist, try Proactive. It has worked for everyone I know and some had absoloutely horrible acne. Works for all ages too.

Toothpaste. It sounds very strange, but it seems to be working. About two weeks ago someone suggested using toothpaste to wash my face to prevent the ever present one or two pimples. The pimples are not here anymore, and my face is not dry or overly oily (I was worried about that.) It may be crucial that your skin be normal and not badly broken out. I can't imagine putting toothpaste on open wounds.

I am a mom and recently my daughter develop a bad acne my husband owns a health product company and a health doctor saw my daughter on a social party and suggested to take her out of the dairy products..(milk ,cheese..etc..) I argue with my husband about it because that seem no right to me finally we decided that we could give her soy milk and soy products.....you wont believe after a week her skin was so clear that it was shocking to me. try the brand with the 8 on it make smoothies with frozen strawberries or the chocolate milk one they are great...just give it a try one week and you would be amaze.

I've never really had acne, I had breakouts now and then in my early teen years, but nothing big. I use proactive, and i've had clear skin for about 3 years now!! It's a little pricey, but so worth it!

Also...don't pop/pick/touch your zits!!!
