I have been on a diet for 5 days. I have lost 2 lbs. But im not so sure, because my weight scale seems to be a bit broken. So i dont know the actual number. But if someone could tell me their schedule of what they do everyday, like... what you eat, when or how long you excersise, etc.
Or you could just give me some tips to keep me going.

Try this.
Work out at least 3 times a week doing cardio for at least 30 minutes/day.
Eat 3 small meals a day with 2-3 healthy snacks.
Eat meals with lean protein. Add veggies, steamed or raw.
For snacks eat almonds, fruits, raw veggies.
Drink lots of water, at least 8 glasses a day.

dont worry about the scale - all it shows you is a number your doctor should know - it doesnt show your body fat percentage or your muscle mass.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

eat less,exercise more! that's what i am doing now. i eat 3 small meals and 2 snacks a day. everything in moderation and i dont deprive myself but as much as possible i stay away from the usuall stuff like fatty,sweet and salty foods. i also go to the gym 4 times a week, i start with cardio like threadmill,cycling,stepper (while watching a movie) then join group exercises, like dancing (retro,latin,hiphop) because it's more fun and not boring then i do a whole body workout using some equipments (not the lifting ones for the muscle man,haha). i finished it off with a sauna or steam bath and that's it. keep yourself motivated and set your goals, dont push yourself too hard,,just enjoy!

Mornings:
Run 45-60 minutes
-Drink hot water w/ lemon
-Eat as much fruit as you want (except bananas and watermelon)

Afternoons:
Do aerobic exercises (go to www.self.com for some great workouts)
-Eat PLAIN grilled chicken with some veggies
-Drink Water

Evenings:
Run 45-60 minutes
-Eat cereal OR oatmeal (this MUST be the smallest meal of your day!!!!!!)

Remember to drink PLENTLY of water throughout the day, and don't over do it... It is possible, though!!!!!
