How to get around to Curacao?
Is there a shuttle bus from airport to Hilton hotel?

You can take a taxi. Otherwise call Hilton Curacao customer care office for more info (5999-4625000) about if they have a shuttle. Curacao is much more developed than most Caribbean islands. Go see it for yourself. And there is plenty to see. I took cruise trips in the Caribbean and visited several islands and I must say that all Caribbean islands have their own unique beauty . If they were all alike it wouldn't be fun anymore.

YES, there is a Hilton hotel in Curacao.
Unfortunately, unless you are traveling in a large group, chances are you will have to either rent a car, or take a taxi to the hotel. There are exceptions however, so call the hotel for more info.
As for seeing the island, it is much better to rent a car, buy a map at the airport or hotel front desk, and drive around explore for yourself. Taxis will come out relatively expensive, especially if you visit the western side of the island. The roads are well maintained for the most part, and easy to get around with a map.

We were just in Curacao on a cruise ship stop. We took a tour of the island that was in my opinion, OK, but I didn't see any great sights that I would suggest that you go see. So I suggest that unless you are the type person who just likes to explore, ie., just drive to see what you can see, don't get a car. Take a taxi from the airport to your hotel. Then take a taxi or bus to town if you want to go there. The airport is an international airport with full services (we passed it on our tour).

I don't think there is a Hilton in Curaçao. Tourism in this Carribean island has not developed very much yet.
As for being "worthy" ... no more to be said. Maybe if you want to differentiate yourself.
