my cousin is in her early 30's. shes dated a few guys in those 30 some years. anyway she has the best personality, easy-going, fun, caring, and beautiful. she has a weight problem, she has some extra pounds (im guessing maybe 150 extra).
she is considering gastric bypass surgery, for one of the main reasons of attracing guys, and i think that is a pretty drastic measure to take. could you ever fall in love with an over weight girl? Oh by the way she has an ovary disease (NOT SEXUAL) that makes it very hard to loose weight on her own, and can actually be causing part of her weight problem.
COULD YOU EVER LOVE AN OVERWEIGHT PERSON?

the answer to this question is yes, I could. There are a few guys out there that choose girls solely on personality, but they are indeed few and far between. The GBS is a very risky thing to do, mom had it done for medical reasons, and I don't know if doing it to meet guys is the best reason in the world for it. Mom is no longer able to eat alot of the foods she loved before such as steak and chicken (but everyone reacts to it differently).

But yea, there are guys out there for her, she just really needs to find someone with the same hobbies for her and basically one of the few ones that put personality over looks, but I would definitely recommend reconsidering the GBS just for meeting guys.

many men are shallow... weight issues bring heavy things (no point intended) on to the table... I have a girlfriend and if she would ever become overweight, I would still love her. But as for starting a relationship with an overweight person? Sorry but no

Sorry, but no. Someone that is that overweight would not be able to participate in the activities that I enjoy. It would be a consent stress on the relationship, and most likely cause it to end.

She needs to find someone that is also overweight, or work on getting in decent shape.
