Yes, you need your iron and protein somehow.
Take a multivitamin or b-complex vitamins.
Or protein bars or water.

You don't have to take iron supplements if you can get iron from your diet. As far as tofu, No you don't have to eat it, if you don't like it. A lot of vegetarians eat tofu for it's protein content. You can get protein from nuts instead. Good luck~!

Your best bet is to eat fish and/or chicken [if you aren't the strict vegetarian]. But if you don't like or won't eat those then an iron supplement would be good to take since your body needs a certain amount of it.

take multivitamin with breakfast -everybody should be doing that .you can get protein from soy and milk products and legumes.
