Depends on where you live. On my way to work, I can stop at GNC (if I'm running late...they don't open until 8am), or Planet Smoothie, or Tropical Smoothie...both of which open at 7am. I can also go to the whole foods store...all natural, and get a custom made smoothie.

I suggest look on the Internet and compare what the ingredients are that interest you.
try a few from a store and when you find the one you like
Get a travel mug and take it with you or drink it out of the can
My kids who have add and need a good breakfast before school drink chocolate nutriments.
I keep them in the fridge and an hour before they leave I put them in the freezer

Tropical Smoothie is a good place to go. There are a bunch of smoothie places that use low-fat dairy and fresh fruit that will allow you to add supplements, including whey protein.

if your budget allows check your local supplement shop or online stores for some RTD protein shakes from MetRx. they are at the top of my list for quality and convenience but they are pricey
