I'm 162cm and i'm turning 16 this December. I haven't had my menstruation yet. However, I am worried about my growth as I had drunk coke (vanilla flavoured) for a year when I was 12,13years. I didn't exercise as much 2,3 years ago, but I'm starting to swim and skip very hard now. I've been drinking one mug of milk every morning since young too, and I also make a conscious effort to eat right. Can someone tell me, can I still grow? And also, how to reach my maximum potential height? Please help me. Thanks. (:

There is no way of telling when you will stop growing. Im 16 now and thought I had stopped growing when I turned 15 yet about three months later I had a growth spurt from 168cm to my now height which is 173cm. I did nothing at all the make myself grow and I also didn't menstruate until late 14 so there is really no way of knowing =]

All these things happen naturally

No worries about your growth sweetie! You have a good 2-3 years of growth coming. My sister continued growing when she was 19-20, not common for women but it does happen. So dont worry, You'll be fine!

You should reach your maximum height in your early 20's or so.take a multiple vitamin every day(fit for your age and activiity level, and try out other websites on growth, etc, ask your doctor and look around at your family and your ancestors-what is there height and hopefully you will be encouraged!

I don't know about you but I stopped growing at 13. Maybe just an inch or so more. So you are pretty much done in my opinion. Be happy with who you are. I'm only 5'4" but think that's ok. We can't all be supermodels!! I think a fit body with some muscle tone looks much better than a rack of antlers!!

everyone stops growing at different times usually between 15-16 yrs and if you haven't gone though other things that need to occur as part of growing up than you probably have a very large possibility that you are going to grow more. there is no particular age you will atomatically stop growing at and yes you probably will grow more

You are definitely still going to grow. There is no trick on what to eat to make you taller. You stop growing after 18 years of age. And if you do not, accept for who you are because everyone is different, which makes us unique as people :)

Everyone is different. Don't worry. You still have lots of time to grow. You have 1year after your period. Take a look at every one in your family. Then average it out to where you stand.
Good Luck.

Yeah!

I believe it stops at like 18.

BUT GO TO THE DR. 15 is the age where if you don't have your period yet you HAVE to go to the dr.
