Are you sure it's 'just' dandruff? Any lumpy/oozy/'weepy' spots? If so, go to the dermatologist.
1] wash your hair with a clarifying shampoo to get all products and residue out of your hair.
2] get a really good friend or relative to help you. Part your hair in one or two inch sections all over your head, and 'scrub' in vaseline. Comb through, and leave in for 24 hours. [ cover for sleep ].
3] scrub all your combs, brushes, etc. with clarifying shampoo and a nailbrush or old toothbrush
4] next day, use dandruff shampoo for your type hair. Lather twice [ greasy from vaseline ], and repeat. Scrub your scalp, not the shafts of the hair.
5] Use conditioner on hair shafts, not on your scalp.
6] blot hair with towel
7] comb with clean wide tooth comb
8] eat a quality diet - lean protein, low fat dairy, whole grain cereal and bread, and lots of fruits and vegetables
9] no fried, fast, or junk food - even diet junk food
10] drink 1/2 gallon of water a day
11] take a quality multivitamin with minerals every day - a little of one element can make a big difference

Head and shoulders shampoo!

Only use it like 3 times a week until the dandruff is gone or it will DRY you're hair.

T-Gel is great. It doesn't smell nice or anything but it does the trick. It's really harsh on your hair so make sure to condition, condition.
