You're of age to start lifting weights. Upper body M-W-F and run on your off-lifting days. This will get you started then you can get into a routine that fits you. The cool part is it will soon become fun and you will want to work-out.Further, if you work out you don't have to diet. You can't eat a ton of food but you don't have to worry about every mouthful you eat.
Hard work but it's really easy once you love it AND it is so worth it to be in good, healthy shape.

the only way to lose weight isn't medicines or those thing yo see on tv. Mostly run a mile everyday eat right and go to the gym and work out. Also you can join a sport club or play tennis, basketball, soccer with friend to burn calories anything that make you move! good luck!

Go to calorieking.com Go to tools and go to calorie management.
Enter your info (I.E. height weight age etcetc) and this will tell you how many calories you need to eat to maintain your weight. It will also ask you to enter your activity level whether it be lazy and bed ridden or very active. Take this number of calories and for the first two weeks or so cut it down by about 400-500 calories. Then after that try to incorportate exercise and just cut your calories down by only 300-400 and workout 3 to 5 days a week. If you don't like working out which is understandable I don't like it too much either but I'm going to start very very soon, just do the cutting calories part. And for the first 4-5 weeks let yourself have a "cheat day" once a week. But don't pig out on everything in sight, try your hardest to just eat what you want but in moderation, not because you'll ruin your whole diet because you'll ruin your whole day. If you pig out and make yourself sick at just one meal or sitting you won't be able to really really enjoy the rest of your day eating all the other foods you want. So don't really count it as a cheat day count it as a "free day." A day where you don't have to go through the hassle of counting calories. Don't gorge yourself with food on this day. Just eat what you want and don't worry about it. On this day but only this day can you go out to eat with all your friends and not worry about what your eating just smile and let all your guilt go away. But for the other 6 days of the week do what i told you! haha but only if you want too. Good luck and god bless

Eat smaller portions. Drink more water. Don't snack between meals. And go the LONG way when doing something- not the fastest. Stick to that- & you'll lose weight- no matter what! :)

Have you asked yourself how did you get to be fat? Is it because you are eating unhealthy foods, like fastfoods, sodas, chocolates. Just by not eating junk food, you can lose weight. add red pepper flakes to your pantry when eaten early in the day red pepper lowers the amount of food youll eat later
