purpose only and not because he/she believes???
I mean if i have a necklace or a ring with a cross it may be because i like it not because i believe deep inside.
I also have a small statue of Osiris and it doesnt mean i believe in ancient egyptian gods

It's possible,,,,the cross means different things to different people,,look at GOTH'S and PUNK rockers,,,,do you believe they are really really religious?(Just an example)

A fairly long stretch of Western history had the church as the major patron of the arts. Aesthetics and religion were very intertwined for a very long time.

I'm a christian and I see that all the time. Problem is, people will identify you to what you wear/own.. Usually those wearing crosses, believe in Jesus... I do say "usually"
So it is up to you. In my case I won't wear a skull in any way, you see what I mean? but anyone can wear, or own anything...
