Surprisingly - the best trick to lasting longer is to NOT think about it!
Just relax, and go with the flow - you should notice a slight increase just from that. After that, simply realize when you are "getting close" - and switch to something else (like giving her pleasure in ANY other way - including kissing!) until you cool down a bit ;)
The reverse is true - for a woman to have an orgasm, she has to basically shut her mind off to any outside influences...
