The moon only reflects the light of the sun
I am a reflection of the son but sometimes I reflect a total eclipse. then, there are time--I reflect shades of brightness.

Anything that’s not pitch black reflects light. The colors we see are the refections of light off an object(s). Even a person with an extremely dark complexion is not pitch black, thus everyone reflects light. So yes we can reflect light.
