all animal proteins are low carb. grains are high fiber and high carb. most fruits contain a moderate amount of carbs depending on the serving size. most vegetables are low carb

vegetables, dairy products, fruits meat etc. i think the more important question should be, "what are the healthy carbs that i should eat?" this is because there are low carb foods out there that are not healthy. you can be safe (&healthy) with oatmeals, barley, nuts, fruits, veggies. Good luck!!

Carbs are starches, fats, and sugars, and most fruits. Pasta, cake,bread, corn, beans, nuts, grain, etc.

Non carbs are lean meats and leafy vegetables.
