I spend 9 hours sitting at the office everyday. Perhaps there is any movement you can recommend?

There are a number of isometric exercises that can be done in a sitting position, but too many to list here. You should find a book at your library, a bookstore, or on the Internet for this kind of exercise. You don't have to quit your job, and these exercises can relieve stress and tension as well.

Just tighten your abs for like 5 minutes at a time, 3-5 times a day. It will definitely get your stomach in shape... as for muscle workouts... I don't think you want your boss walking around the corner to find you doing curls or something.

Sorry about your job, you should get into photography or something.

yes, if you are sitting on the floor... lay back, then sit up, then do it again and again until you can't...

it's called doing situps...

it's been around for a long time and if you do it till you can't every other day, you will get excellent results!

in order to effective exercise a muscle it must be operated over the entire range of motion. this is very hard to accomplish while seated at a desk. you can try some isometrics but they provide very little beneficts in terms of additional caloric expenditure
