I'm from Canada

My aunt just re-located to Canada from the United States, San Francisco. She has already given in her greencard to be renewed and I think it has been approved already but I need to make an appointment to pick it up. She's telling me I can somehow go to a website and fill out a form for an appointment to pick up her greencard but I am unable to find it. Does anybody know which website I can go to in order to book an appointment to pick up her greencard.

Thanks a bunch

Try this website
http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis
or this one
https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=offices
This is the office locator. It should be able to provide you the local office that had been near to so you can make the appointment for her failing that try this number for
the USCIS National Customer Service Center (NCSC) at 1-800-375-5283. You should be prepared to provide the USCIS staff with specific information about your application, such as your receipt number, Alien Registration Number, name, and date of birth. Please click here for complete instructions on checking the status of your application. Or, you may check the status of your application online at Case Status Online. Please remember that an E-Filed receipt number may not be available through Case Status Online for 72 hours.

This doesn't seem feasible . . .someone from the US is in Canada and wants you to pick up their US Green Card? I doubt US INS is going to let anyone except the person to whom the card has been issued to receive the card. Good Luck.

Sorry I can't help you. I just think it is great to see someone trying to move between countries legally.
