On a warm, sunny day windows collect light, trapping heat inside the vehicle, and pushing the temperature inside to dangerous levels. On an 85-degree Fahrenheit day, for example, the temperature inside a car with the windows opened slightly can reach 102 degrees within ten minutes. After 30 minutes, the temperature will reach 120 degrees. At 110 degrees, pets are in danger of heatstroke. On hot and humid days, the temperature in a car parked in direct sunlight can rise more than 30 degrees per minute, and quickly become lethal.
In many states, it's against the law to leave a pet unattended in a parked vehicle in a manner than endangers the health or safety of the animal. Despite these laws, not to mention a basic common sense that should guide most pet owners during the summer, companion animals die every year from heatstroke. The worst part is knowing that each death was preventable.

Is this a hypothetical question? Is he without food and drink? Would you live if you were stuck in a hot car for 10 days. Why would you even ask a question like this. If you have any intention to do harm to your cat, you should be reported. And if you are just asking this question because you are bored and want to play with people, you should be reported.

I don't know where you're from , But in the lovely HOT state of Arizona... They issue tickets for persons with animals in cars (in grocery parking lots) 3 minutes in the desert heat in a car will kill a kitten... Or a Puppy , I've seen it happen. Best to NOT leave animal in car (would you do that to a defenseless person?) Better yet, Would you like to be in that situation?

Definitely not!!! AND don't even think of putting him in there!! Put him in a kennel if your going somewhere for vacation. 10 days would definitely kill the cat b/the weather is really hot and cars don't provide cool air to refresh the cat, even if the window is open, plus the cat would get dehydrated and be hungry. not only that but that is ANIMAL ABUSE!!! IT COULD BE CONSIDERED NEGLECT!!! respect your pet and think of the animal!!!!

Wow.... That's horrible. Someone should lock you in a hot car for at least 10 days & see if you survive.

He may have suffers malnutrition, heat stroke and some brain damage. Even if he did survive, you may want to help ease his pain.
You didn't give a lot of detail. Did he have any food or water at all?
He should be severely dehydrated about now.
Get to a vet.
