first as a warm up chop up some brick with your head. maybe 4 or5. next do a couple backflips off the wall. then karate chop a tree in half. then 200 pushups while eating sticky rice. to cool down try some splits in mid air. you will look lee bruce lee in no time!!

That guy was all lean trigger fast muscle... no body fat. Lots of repetitions for a start... a strict diet. Years of hard work and dedication. A huge aerobic capacity. Start with pushups.

i guess sit ups, push ups, crunches. Bruce Lee was short & then but was desel.
