Please avoid all too common this is unhealthy because i also want to do it to clean out my system of toxins and it has been done before. Thank you.

i just got off one two days ago!
i lost about one pound my first day, and then 3 pounds the other days combined. so 4 pounds total.
its really important though that u exercise and eat lightly when breaking ur fast so u dont gain any weight. when u lose water weight, which is wat a lot of the weight u lose when fasting, and gain it back from eating a lot...u will gain fat and not water weight.
but doing fasts will jump start any diet since it shrinks ur stomach

I was a high school wrestler and to make weight I slept in plastic sheeting and took ex-lax I could lose 10 pounds a day but I caution you you will feel like crap after you do it lost 10 pounds for 2 days after that no more weight came off you can lose water weight like that for about 2 days

it really depends on how much you weigh and your body composition. a 300 lb person would lose substantially more water weight on a 3 day water fast than a 100 lb person

fasting from water? water is the stuff that does the cleaning out of your system, naturally. if you aren't experiencing this effect then you aren't drinking enough of it. 2-3liters is recommended per day and 90% of americans are walking around chronically dehydrated. who cares if its been done before. just because one person survives without major damage to their kidneys or liver doesn't mean you can. this one dude might jump off a bridge and survive but it doesn't mean you will. i fail to see the purpose in taking such chances with your health because when it comes down to it...our health is all we ever really have.

use the freezer to add some extra oomph to summer foods freeze grapes for some bite sized delights or get a popsicle mold and freeze some greek yogurt with berries

odds are you re eating too fast try holding a conversation while having a meal so you re not gulping down more than you need to feel full

If you wanna lose weight by cleaning out your system, just get your colon cleaned. You are guaranteed to loose at least 5lbs just by getting your colon cleaned out. Sound gross and umcomfortable, but it works. Celebs do it all the time.
