neither extreme is better than the other. from a health perspective it is better to be "slightly" overweight than underweight as there is a much greater possibility of nutrient deficiencies in those who eat very little and also choose poor food selections.

Actually Neithah, Becuz If You Too Skinny You See Yo Bones Everytime You Laydown Or Whateva And That's Gross, But If You Too Fat You Got Jelly Rolls And You Always Tired And Have Double/Triple Chins And You Could Have High Blood Pressure And Cholesterol.

I was surprised to learn that underweight people are more prone to heat attacks. But diabetes and obesity are killers too. You should aim for a healthy life style, diet and exercise, no matter what you weigh.
