No such thing as a teacup, merely a poor example of the breed that doesn't meet proper breed standards.
As for cheap, you buy cheap, from a poor breeder/puppymill, you'll likely spend a ton in vet bills due to unforseen medical issues later down the line. You know, the genetic stuff that reputable breeders spend their whole breeding career trying to avoid and keep out of their lines.

Go to a shelter and get a dog that looks similar. Buying dogs like that does nothing but promote puppy mills.
