I'm male, height 5'11 and weight 189lbs. My waist size is 36. I really want to go back to size 32. What can I do loose weight fast?

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Only eat the 3 meals a day. Make sure what you eat is healthy and your not eating too much. Only eat 2000 calories AT THE MOST. This means it would be better if you ate less than 2000 calories. For example for breakfast you shouldn't eat like a big plate of eggs, ham, bacon, ect. Get at least 30 min of exercise each day.

Of coarse if you don't want to do that you can just buy some pills to make you lose weight.

Drink more water, stop drinking soda and run five times a week for about 30 to 45 minutes a session. Also before you go to bed, get into the routine of doing a quick set of pushups and crunch's. After about a month, you will see major differences..

store bought salad dressings can be packed with calories make your own vinaigrette and store it in a small spray bottle to coat your greens without over dressing them
