it's different for all - you'll know it when you experience it for yourself - don't let that make you do it though, in time when you are ready - you'll experience this.

It all depends on the girl - and what "stage" she is at...
If she is in the middle of a mind-shattering orgasm of her own, then she wouldn't feel a thing from the guy ;)
I have been told by a lot of the girls I have been with that they can - especially if it's a particularily strong orgasm (after a good marathon session). I guess it all comes down to sensitivity - girls feel different levels of sensation "inside" them differently...
As for what it feels like - none of them really elaborated. However, they could tell how intense it was for me...
My guess (based on my owo "mechanics") is it would feel like a sudden stiffening, followed by several throbbing pulses.
