he gets drunk and does stuff to his dog,like one day he taped some firecrackers to his azz and lit it.The dog hurt for a month.Well..last night he was drunk again and he put it in the microwave and blew it up.Him and his boys were laughing about it.Now he wants to get another dog.How can i help him please ?

i would tell the authority's because they is just plain mean. no dog no matter what a dog should never be treated like that. the dog should be in a good home and treated nice. i don't care if the dog did something wrong i still should not be treated the way you say it is being treated. that is an good dog.
i think that you should try and get involved and try to make him stop this madness. i hope you find a solution.
p.s. try to make him not to get another dog because he will do the same thing to it

Wait till he is drunk again and then go over and tape a M80 to his ***! Then ask him how he liked it. There is no amount of advice that could help that man. And he should never be allowed to own any kind of animal. Video tape him next time and take it to the police.

What?? Thats really hard to believe!! If this is true you need to call the police and animal services right now! What he is doing is against the law and that is not how he should be teaching his children to treat animals! He needs to be punished and he should never be allowed to own another animal.. and his boys need to see their dad go to jail that way they will see that you CANNOT treat animals like that! As far as you being able to "help" your neighbor.. umm.. I dont even think thats possible! It sounds like he is WAY past any help! He needs to be locked up and these children should know that they cant do that! He needs to go to jail, pay a fine, go to see a therapist and should never ever ever be able to own any kind of pet ever again!!!!! Like I said, it sounds like your neighbor is far past any real help, but you will be able to help out any other animals that he could possibly get and you might be able to help out those poor children! It is said that you can tell alot about how someone is going to be when they grow up by how they treat animals.. it sounds like these boys are not going to be very good people at all if this keeps up! Please, please, please, please do the right thing! Call the police and animal services right now!! PLEASE!!!

If this is a real question and you are not fooling around then o-m-G call the police!!! immediately! Don't say ANY THING to the psychopath neighbor! advice? avoid him!!! He needs to be on record. Have you heard of Buster's law? it is a law to put a -holes like that in jail for animal abuse. this is sick! I do hope you are kidding because if you are it is less sick, but still sick, but not as SICK as the animal cruelty that you just described. call police and if you are scared you can say that you are anonymous. don't turn your back on this if it is for true.

You need to call animal protection and report him. Have him arrested. This man is a lunatic. That is horrible. If he gets another dog, steal it and don't let him have it back. Get it a good home.

Help him - Report him to the SPCA - call the cops and tell them you want to remain anonymous.
this guy is sick. I have gotten drunk and never once have I injured an animal, next he will be doing it to the neighbors.
