My permanent address is in Pennsylvania, and I will only be here for the duration of the school year.I go to school in D.C., but have a one-year lease here in Arlington, Va. Do I need to change my license plates? Or is there some student reciprocity?

i THINK that if you are a student there is no need to change your license plates. @ least in Oklahoma you do not have to because your "permanent" address is where you "live"

Technically you should have VA plates, but if your domicile (where you vote) is in PA, you should be able to keep the PA license if it has your VA address.
