The faster you lose weight, the worse the results are later on. You will look good for a short period of time, but you will put weight on quicker later. Also, if you crash diet (aka straving yourself), you will be left will huge flaps of skin and need lipo. Your best bet is to not eat dairy, meat, or sugar. Also, eat all organic food. Make sure that you excersice. That doesn't mean only running 30 minutes a day. For example, run for thirty minutes and then do your situps(this could be Monday). The next day run for thirty minutes and work on your arms. Then run for an hour the next day (to work on you legs even more) Keep this up and you will slowly lose weight. Dont expect to lose seven pounds a week. Only aim for 1 or 2 pounds a week. Another thing you could do is take a dance class. A good book to get is "Skinny B*tch by Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin" Hope that helps.

The fastest way is to take the alkaline liquid diet.
Fats are nothing more than stored acid. If you continue to take acidic food, even with exercise you cannot get rid of fats. You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Just get some exercise doing something you like. Sport or an active hobby takes out the boredom factor of the gym.
Forget diets, as soon as you reduce your calorific intake, your body starts storing fat!
I just started Karate, I'm learning to kick *** and at the same time my own *** is fitting back in my old blue jeans!

to be honest the best way is not to go on a diet as ive tried them all and diet pills and they dont work lol but just change your diet and go swimming 4-5 times a week for about an hour each time it tones your tummy and all your body up wonderful too ! i lost 2 stone since may its great and i eat loads too im just eating the right foods but instead of swimming try aqua arobics its great and really fun ! great question star for you and goodluck !

for breakfast, drink more tea as it allows your intestines to have peristalsis more easily...then you can dump a load...
after that, in the afternoon, do NOT eat meat or anything oily. I eat some sorta cereals which are designed for lunch, making people feel full...oh cereals with milk I mean...
and for dinner, I eat a lot of vegetables and also the same cereals which I have for lunch....
It works for me pretty well...I mean at least I no longer have constipation
