Yes there is. The church established by Jesus Christ in 33 AD and placed into Peter's hands. The Holy Roman Catholic Church.

the word (not religion) "catholic" means universal. so the catholic church is universal which means all churches throughout the world that teach God's word is like one church. but churches are not in competition for one true church. they're supposed to work for one common goal.

I doubt it. Religion creates a ficticious supernatural being and attaches morals and ethics to it. Ethics are a strictly human concept, not that of a supernatural being.
