i have been working at marriott for 1 year and i have two more months to go befor ei can take my leave. these pass two months i have been written up for bogus things which i have proof that i didn't do any of. are they trying to get rid of me and what will happen?

they are likey trying to get rid of you so they don't have to pay any maternity leave. Contact dept of labor and get advice from them

You should be able to get free legal advise if you can't afford it. That would be the best option. When they know you have a lawyer, they should back off. Try for a union job next time, if there is one. Good luck.

Yes they are trying to get rid of you, get a lawyer. Talk to a lawyer. Good Luck, record EVERYTHING THAT HAPPEND DATE TIME, ETC. Ok Good Luck Mommy

That is awful, but it happens. Keep notes on everything that has happened, and if it gets out of hand, contact a lawyer.
