On weekdays, in the morning, I do about an hour of physical activity. I alternate between jogging and yoga and strengthening exercises. On Saturday mornings, I walk about 3 miles. I have small meals every three hours (like a bowl of cereal, a sandwich, etc.)
Is this an efficient plan?
