On weekdays, in the morning, I do about an hour of physical activity. I alternate between jogging and yoga and strengthening exercises. On Saturday mornings, I walk about 3 miles. I have small meals every three hours (like a bowl of cereal, a sandwich, etc.)

Is this an efficient plan?

eating every 3 hours is great.
to lose weight you have to do cardio for 30-50min (ideally 45min) 4-6 times a week and you dont mention how long you are doing that. yoga and strengthening is not cardio so its hard to tell if you are doing enough.
